Kennelflow

Terms of service

Last updated 21 September 2026.

These terms cover your use of Kennelflow ("the service"), operated by the Kennelflow team ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Kennelflow is web software for managing bookings, animal and client records, occupancy and invoicing at a pet-care facility. We provide it as it is described on this website at the time you subscribe.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your password secret, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without your permission.

3. Your data

Your client, pet, booking and invoice records belong to you. We store them to provide the service. You can export all of them at any time from Import / export inside the app, in JSON and CSV, at no charge. If you close your account you may export first; we delete the data within 30 days of closure.

4. Subscription and billing

The subscription is $49 per calendar month per facility, billed in advance by Stripe after a 14-day free trial. Cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid for. During the current pilot, billing runs in Stripe's test mode, so no real payment is taken; we will tell subscribers in writing before that changes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it as your own product.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and we monitor it automatically, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this price. Planned maintenance is announced in the app where practical.

7. Liability

The service does not replace your own record-keeping obligations, your insurance, or any licence your facility must hold. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose fees remain unpaid, after telling you why. A failed subscription payment is not an immediate suspension: the desk keeps working for seven days after the failure, the app says so on every screen, and if the payment still has not gone through the desk pauses — your records stay readable and exportable throughout, and access returns as soon as the payment succeeds.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting them.
