How that compares
Published entry prices for facility software, checked 21 September 2026: KennelBooker $49.99/mo (capped at 10 rooms and 10 daycare spaces), Time To Pet Facility $79/mo, DoggieDashboard free up to 10 pet profiles then $40/mo. Kennelflow has no room, space or pet cap at $49.
Billing runs through Stripe. During the pilot the product is in Stripe test mode: the trial starts without a real charge, and that is stated again on the checkout page.

Can I get my data out?
Yes — Import / export in the main menu gives you one JSON file with every table and a CSV per table. Any day, no charge, no ticket.
Can I bring my existing list in?
Yes — the same screen takes a CSV of clients and pets, with a template to match. Vaccination expiry dates come across with them.
Does it take deposits or card payments from my customers?
Not in this version. Kennelflow tracks what a client owes for the month and whether it is paid; it does not process your customers' card payments. Your Kennelflow subscription itself is billed by Stripe.
Is there an app?
It is a website that works on a phone, a tablet and the desk PC. There is nothing to install and nothing to update.
